Oilmen and Snipes Postponed by Rain Whiting, Ind. – June 12, 2015 – Friday’s scheduled game between the Oilmen and Lexington Snipes has been postponed due to inclement weather. Rain overnight and scattered showers throughout the day have left the field unplayable. The Princess Night promotion slated for Friday has been rescheduled for Friday, June 26, which is also Breast Cancer Awareness Night at Oil City Stadium. Princesses from Music, Magic and More will be on hand for the June 26 and moms and dads are encouraged to bring their little princesses out for a magical night at the ballpark. Friday's game between the Oilmen and Snipes will be made up on Monday, July 13. |
